If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our merchandise, please notify us within 10 days, return the cremation urn, and your money will be fully refunded upon inspection of the returned cremation urn. Cremation urns cannot be returned that have held cremated remains. For cremation urns that have been engraved, keep the stainless steel liner with the engraved piece at the top, return the wood cremation urn and we will credit your account upon inspection of the returned cremation urn less $180 for the stainless and engraving.

SHIPPING

In most cases we will ship your cremation urn within 48 hours of receipt of your order, not including weekends and holidays. You have the option for ground freight for $8.00, 2nd Day Air for $20.00 or Next Day Air for $40.00 per cremation urn. If you have requested engraving, the order may be delayed by an extra 1 or 2 days. Please call us if you need your order rushed and will do everything possible to fill your request. Rhode Island residents will be charged sales tax.
